Send ETA to Customers for Mobile Appointments

Part of creating a great customer experience is keeping customers in the loop. When you schedule a mobile appointment, you can click on the appointment and get directions to the location right from within the app as well as send the customer a notification that you are on the way. The notice will contain the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) as well as the distance to travel.
