Once the appointment is finished and the customer picks up their vehicle, the second phase of the customer experience kicks in and your customers will receive a review request email and any post-service followup messages you setup in OrbisX. For example, at our shop we send a followup after a tinting service to let the customer know they can safely roll their windows down along with some tinting care information and warranty instructions to register their warranty in our OrbisX account. Yes, that’s right, there is a built-in warranty system in OrbisX as well and customers can register online and even submit warranty claims online.
