NFC Tap Cards
With OrbisX you can program NFC cards to perform a variety of tasks and streamline your sales and other processes such as loading and redeem physical gift cards. This helps bridge the gap between offline and online transactions while providing an easy to use interface for you to harness the power of physical gift cards in your business as well as other important tap-enabled functions.
NFC Gift Cards with Tap to Redeem
You can purchase custom NFC Cards from our store, personalized with your business information on them and the best part is they are 100% reloadable and reusable. This means that as customers redeem them you can either sell them a reload or hang on to the card and reload it for another customer.
There are NFC tap cards for staff timeclock punch in/out for work, virtual business cards (main business & staff business cards), client profile quick launch cards, client referral cards, subscription/wash cards, and of course gift cards.
The process to redeem the gift card towards an invoice as a payment is simple and fast. Simply go to the invoice in OrbisX, click +Payment and choose Gift Card. Then click the Physical Gift Card button and tap the NFC card on the phone with NFC turned on. The gift card balance will load from the NFC card and ask you to enter an amount to apply (defaulting to the balance owing if the gift card has sufficient funds). The amount will be marked paid in OrbisX and the funds will be deducted from the NFC card. It’s that simple!
