How it works
1) Connect your OpenPhone account in OrbisX.
2) Choose the number(s) you want to use.
3) OrbisX securely sets up webhooks so texts and calls flow into your CRM in real time.
4) View and reply to messages, log calls, and use templates—without leaving OrbisX.
Quick setup (2–3 minutes)
1) In OrbisX, go to Admin → Settings → Integrations → OpenPhone.
2) Paste your OpenPhone API Key.
3) Click the Search Icon to Look Up Numbers, select your desired phone line, and save.
4) You’re live—new texts will start appearing in OrbisX.

Are media attachments supported?
Text messaging works today. Attachment capture will be added as OpenPhone expands API support.
Any extra fees?
You’ll need an OpenPhone plan for your phone number(s). OrbisX doesn’t add per-message fees beyond your plan.
