Karma Rewards are a great way to acknowledge staff and reward them for maintaining your high standards and ensuring a consistent customer experience with your business. By following a standard process you can control the outcome you want customers to receive when they visit your business.

How Does It Work?

Your staff members will be awarded with a Karma Stone to redeem for a cash reward once they complete the required percentage of the tasks you outline in the task list steps. Each day you will be able to mark off a staff member’s Karma Rewards Task List which will reward staff for following your standard operating procedures and going above and beyond to maintain your high level of standards. This is similar to commissions on sales except that these cash rewards are given for performing exceptionally well in the job in comparison to a direct sale. At the end of the month their Karma Stones can be converted into a cash reward.
