How it works
- Connect your RingCentral account in OrbisX.
- Select the phone number(s) you want to use.
- OrbisX securely connects with RingCentral so messages and call activity can flow into your CRM.
- View conversations, reply to texts, log calls, and keep customer communication connected—without leaving OrbisX.
Quick setup (2–3 minutes)
- In OrbisX, go to Admin → Settings → Integrations → RingCentral.
- Enter your RingCentral connection details.
- Select your desired phone line(s) and save your settings.
- You’re live—new messages and communication activity will begin syncing with OrbisX.
